The meter
One decision is one successful route call in the live environment that returns a charger and a grant. That is the unit you are billed on, and the dashboard counts it in front of you.

Every one of these is a normal line item somewhere else in this category. They are the reason orchestration bills are unpredictable, so we left them out.
Your growth is not our price increase. We never take basis points, and we never touch the funds in the first place.
You install a plugin and paste a key. If that needs a paid project, we have built the wrong product.
The sandbox never expires and test decisions are unlimited. Run your CI against it as hard as you like.
Shops are counted as a plan limit, not as a meter. Ten shops on Growth cost the same as two.
Support is not priced as a percentage of your invoice. It is in the plan.

Established orchestration platforms publish entry prices between roughly $750 and $2,500 a month — when they publish anything at all — and most of that budget pays for a PCI-certified card vault, hundreds of gateway connectors and an enterprise sales motion.
We do not run a vault. Cards stay between the customer, the charging shop and that shop's own processor, which removes the most expensive component in the category from our cost base — and from your compliance scope. What is left is a routing brain, a ledger and good plugins, and those we can sell for tens of dollars instead of thousands.

Processor fees are always paid by the charging shop to its own processor. GatewayChanger never appears in that relationship and never adds a markup to it.
Nothing breaks. Extra decisions are billed at the published overage rate on your next invoice. We email you when you cross 80% and 100% of the included volume, and you can set a hard cap if you would rather have routing stop than be billed.
Yes. The published price of the plan you subscribed to is locked for 24 months from your first payment, including the overage rate. If we lower a price, you get the lower one automatically.
Up or down, at any time, from the dashboard. Changes are prorated to the day and take effect immediately — the only thing a downgrade can block is a shop count above the new plan limit.
Per routing decision only. A shop that never routes costs nothing, an order that fails the card check costs nothing, and refunds and disputes never generate a charge from us.
US dollars today. Your shops can charge in any currency their processors support — that is unrelated to the currency of our invoice.
Live routing stops and the sandbox stays. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after cancellation, and we never hold an export hostage.
