The only limit
A connected shop is one of your stores that is switched on in GatewayChanger. It counts once, whether it sells, charges, or both — and however many orders it takes. The dashboard shows the count in front of you, and switching a shop off frees its place straight away.

Not on your invoice
Every one of these is a normal line item somewhere else in this category. They are the reason orchestration bills are unpredictable, so we left them out.
Your growth is not our price increase. A busy year and a quiet year cost the same: we never take basis points, never count orders, and never touch the funds in the first place.
You install a plugin and paste a key. If that needs a paid project, we have built the wrong product.
The sandbox never expires and test transactions are unlimited. Run your CI against it as hard as you like.
Connect every processor a shop has. It is still one shop.
Support is not priced as a percentage of your invoice. It is in the plan.
Export decisions, transactions and settlements as CSV or over the API, whenever you want, at no cost.
Why it costs this little
Published entry prices in this category are far higher than the numbers on this page. Most of that budget pays for a PCI-certified card vault, hundreds of gateway connectors and an enterprise sales motion.
We do not run a vault. Cards stay between the customer, the charging shop and that shop's own processor, which removes the most expensive component in the category from our cost base — and from your compliance scope. What is left is a routing brain, a ledger and good plugins.
Above Scale
If you run more than 100 shops, or need a dedicated instance, a specific hosting region, a signed DPA with your own terms, custom processors in the plugins or an SLA with penalties, write to us and we will quote it — still per shop, still with no percentage of volume.
Processor fees are always paid by the charging shop to its own processor. GatewayChanger never appears in that relationship and never adds a markup to it.
Billing
No. Both plans are billed once a year, in advance: $600 for Growth and $1,200 for Scale. The monthly price on this page is what the yearly price works out to.
Never. Transactions and turnover are unlimited on every plan. The only thing a plan limits is how many shops are connected.
Move to Scale from the dashboard. You pay the difference for the rest of your year, prorated to the day, and the new limit applies immediately. Nothing that is already connected stops in the meantime.
Yes, as soon as no more shops are switched on than the smaller plan covers. What you had already paid for the rest of the year becomes a credit on your next invoice.
Your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for and then does not renew. After that, real payments pause and test mode stays open. We do not refund the remaining months.
Nothing stops straight away. The card is retried, and the dashboard shows the problem with the button to update the card. If every retry fails, real payments pause until the plan is paid — test mode is never affected.
US dollars. Your shops can charge in any currency their processors support — that is unrelated to the currency of our invoice.
Yes — USDT or USDC on Ethereum, Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, BNB on BNB Smart Chain, or XRP. In the dashboard you pick the plan and the coin, and send the exact amount shown to an address made for that one payment; the plan switches on as soon as the network confirms it. The dollar price is converted at the rate when you pick the coin and your network fee is on top. A crypto payment covers one year and does not renew by itself — we remind you a month before it ends.
Real payments pause and the sandbox stays. Your data stays exportable for 90 days, and we never hold an export hostage.
No card required, no expiry, and the test processor is free forever.
